Your table-top exhibit space does not extend beyond the table surface. No other display items are allowed on the floor beside, or in front of, the table without written permission. Display space is limited to the surface of the table, and at a maximum of 4 ft. high (except for products displayed in their normal operating position). Pull-Up style banners are allowed behind your table-top as long as they do not extend beyond the allotted 6 ft. width.
Table-top Height: Exhibit fixtures, signage, products, etc. must be placed on top of the table. Flame resistant signs or banners reaching a maximum of 6 ft. in length by 30 in. in height may be hung from the front of the table to reach the floor.
Exhibitors will be asked to remove any display items not in compliance with these guidelines.
Each exhibiting company is provided with an individualized promotional invite code that allows your guests a $50.00 discount towards a WIN Sales Symposium Pass. All they need to do is use your unique code when they pre-register anytime before the day-of the event.
All Exhibitor Staff must be registered before the day of the Conference. (2) All-Access Conference Passes are included per Exhibit Table-Top. Do not register your staff using the Promotional Invite Code.

Once you are registered, you will pick up your name badge at the Pre-Registered Check-in area, inside the Hyatt, between 7:00am – 8:45am.
Please bring your printed tickets (or smart phone with ticket) with you. If you do not have your ticket with you, but you have pre-registered, we can also find your name in the system.
**If you do not have a Exhibitor Name Badge you will not be allowed within the Conference room or table-top exhibit area, and you will not be allowed to set-up your table-top exhibit space.
PARKING IS LIMITED – ARRIVE EARLY to ensure you get a parking space within the Hyatt Regency's parking areas to take advantage of the discounted rate.
KEEP YOUR TICKET WITH YOU - If you are parking within the Hyatt’s parking lot, you are entitled to a discounted parking rate of $5.00 per vehicle. Anytime before the event ends: Swing by the Conference’s check-in desk to pick up your $5.00 Parking Sticker. Apply this sticker to the parking ticket you received when you arrived, and you will only pay $5.00 per vehicle. YOU MUST PAY BEFORE you leave using the Kiosk near the front desk in the Hyatt’s main lobby. (cash or credit cards are accepted).

There are parking spaces next to the exhibitor loading area, in the south-east corner of the main parking lot. We suggest that you arrive early and park in this lot.
