Rachel Collier
Rachel is a 30-year veteran of the wine industry, with twenty-plus years on the distribution side at The Henry Wine Group and Winebow, seven years on the supplier side as VP of National Accounts for Ancient Peaks Winery, and now Director of Retail Chains, West for Distinguished Vineyards. She was previously the Chief Strategic Officer for the Dream Big Darling Foundation, a central coast nonprofit dedicated to fostering the success of up-and-coming women in the wine and spirits industry, and still sits on the Advisory Team.
Rachel was the first woman Vice President at The Henry Wine Group and the youngest promoted to a VP position and Executive Committee. She spent her early career building chain sales divisions, developing training programs and establishing statewide chain sales teams.
Specialties: Using strategic planning expertise to establish national retail sales divisions from the ground level, brand building, relationship building with both chain retail buyers and national distributor teams, and leadership development.

Personal: A home coffee-roaster and a lover of hiking. She has 3 teenagers/young adults and lives in the Bay Area, CA.
