Skip the morning commute
- No commute the morning of the Symposium — sessions start at 7:30 AM with breakfast in the ballroom.
- The closing networking social runs until 4:30 PM and lets out into the same building.
- Complimentary overnight parking is included in the group block (separate from event parking).
- The hotel is within 30 minutes of 400+ wineries — easy to extend the trip into Tuesday or Thursday.

Parking is free for every attendee
Parking at the DoubleTree is included with your Symposium ticket — no permit, no validation, no separate fee.
