Steven Harrison is President & CEO of Zero Link Markets (ZLM). The company operates Vinoshipper and CompleteDTC, e-commerce, compliance, and Customer Relationship Management platforms for the direct sales of beverage alcohol. The businesses enable micro to medium-sized alcohol producers to sell and ship their products directly while connecting closely with customers.

With a background in finance, accounting and regulatory compliance, Steven develops modern business platforms with innovative technologies that are leading transformation in the complex alcoholic beverage industry.

The platforms ensure producers navigate and comply with multi-jurisdictional regulations, reporting, and tax requirements involved with online transactions. With over sixteen years of experience in direct sales and intricacies of various state rules and taxes, Steven has a unique perspective of the practicalities of each state’s regulations.

Steven also chairs the Craft Wine Association direct sales advocacy group, a non-profit, formed in 2016 to advocate for the interest of craft wineries around the Nation.
