Megan Currie

In her 8 years in DTC wine sales, Megan Currie has overseen every stage of the sales funnel, from email marketing to tasting room to inventory and sales operations. In her current role as Executive Director of Membership and Fulfillment for Heitz Cellar, Stony Hill, Ink Grade, Burgess, Haynes, and Trailside, she oversees wine club sales and guest service, devising new benefits and initiatives to drive engagement through a strong sense of community, belonging, and brand purpose. Through a combination of feedback surveys, targeted pilot programs, and obsessive data gathering and analysis, she has refined the benefits and offerings of the wine club programs she oversees to focus on the initiatives that make the biggest impact.

Megan’s mission is to help wineries reform their systems to run more smoothly, from overcoming complex inventory challenges to optimizing internal processes like setting up products and promotions so that everyone on the team can spend less time on fire drills and more time on revenue generation.
