Dave Moore is the General Manager and Partner at Schug Winery in Sonoma, California. With over two decades of wine industry expertise spanning all three tiers of the distribution system, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his leadership role at the winery.

Throughout his career, Dave has held strategic positions at major distributors including Southern Glazers and Republic National Distributing Company. These roles, combined with his current position at Schug Winery, have given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing wineries in today’s market.

A Certified Specialist of Wine with WSET Level 2 certification, Dave is passionate about building strong relationships across the industry and empowering brands to thrive in a competitive landscape. He recently authored a book sharing his insights and expertise from his years in the business.
