Dan Hoban
Dan Hoban is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of sales experience in the beverage industry. He is known for his strategic leadership and proven track record managing the complexities of multi-state suppliers and wholesale operations. As both a supplier and wholesaler, Dan has successfully navigated the intricacies of the 3-tier wholesale system. He has also demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, sales operations, forecasting, and P&L management.
Dan most recently served as the Managing Director of Sales Southwest Region at Ste Michelle Wine Estates, leading a team of ten sales managers across five states. Prior to this, at Young’s Market / Republic National Distributing Company, his last role was SVP of Wine Sales & Strategy California, overseeing sales leadership, brand strategy, supplier management, pricing, supplier recruitment/onboarding, and negotiating annual goals for top wine suppliers.
